Revofolic correct way of consumption

Folate is normally well tolerated. Rare cases of gastrointestinal irritation and allergic reactions have been reported, but high doses of folate derivatives can lead to cramps, diarrhea, rash, insomnia, irritability, dizziness, nausea, upset stomach, seizures, gas, agitation, and other side effects.

Revofolic Interactions

Antiepileptic drugs, oral contraceptives, anti-tuberculosis drugs, alcohol-containing products, glucarpidase, and folic acid antagonists such as methotrexate, perimetamine, triamterene, trimipramine, and sulfonamides can lead to folate deficiency. In situations such as treatment with methotrexate and antiepileptic drugs, treatment with folic acid and folinic acid is necessary to prevent the development of megaloblastic anemia. Decreased serum phenytoin concentrations during folate supplementation have been reported in some cases, and a similar effect may be seen with concomitant use of barbiturates.

Revofolic Precautions

Folate intake can mask the symptoms of Princes anemia. In rare cases and in high doses, folate can cause seizures in people with epilepsy.

Revofolic Prohibited usage

Regular use of Rufolic Plus is not recommended if you are allergic to any of the components of the product.
