What is Osletta Muir?
Osleta Mivir (Tamiflu) is an antiviral drug that blocks the activity of influenza A and B viruses in the human body. Osleta Muvir is used to treat the flu in people 2 weeks of age and older who have had flu symptoms for 2 days or less. It may also be used to prevent the flu in people who are at least 1 year old, who may be at risk for the disease but do not yet have symptoms. Osleta Muvir does not treat the common cold.

Important information about OsletaMevir tablets
Before taking Osleta Muvir, tell your doctor if you have received a flu shot within the past 2 weeks, or if you have kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease, or any other serious health condition or problem. . Also, inform your doctor if you have any condition that causes swelling or disorder in the brain.
Take this medicine for the entire period prescribed for your treatment. Your symptoms may improve before the infection is completely cleared from your body, so do not stop taking the medicine as soon as you feel better.
Some people using this drug have had rare side effects such as sudden confusion, delirium, hallucinations, unusual behavior, or self-harm. These symptoms often occur in children. It is not known whether this drug was the exact cause of these symptoms. However, anyone taking this medication should be observed closely for signs of confusion or unusual behavior. If you or your child has any of the above symptoms while using this medicine, contact your doctor.
This medicine should not be used if the person receives the flu vaccine annually. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that you get the flu vaccine annually because it protects you against new strains of flu viruses.
Buying Osleta Muvir over the Internet or from vendors other than pharmacies may be dangerous. Medicines distributed from Internet sales may contain dangerous substances, or may not be licensed for distribution. It is not known whether this drug is transferred to a nursing baby through breast milk or whether it will harm a nursing baby or not. Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding an infant.
Do not use this medicine to prevent influenza in children less than 1 year old. Also, do not use this medicine to treat influenza in children less than 2 weeks old.
How to take oseltamivir tablets
Take OsletaMuvir exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Read and follow the directions on the label of your prescription. Do not take this medicine in doses higher or lower than the recommended amounts.
Start taking OsletaMivir as soon as possible after symptoms of flu such as fever, chills, muscle aches, sore throat and runny nose or congestion appear.
Take this medicine regularly with a full glass of water.
Shake the oral suspension (liquid) of this medicine before measuring and consuming. Measure the liquid medicine with a dosing syringe, or with a special measuring spoon or medicine cup. If you don’t have a dosing device, ask a pharmacist for one.
You may dissolve OsletaMuvir in a sweet liquid (corn syrup, chocolate syrup, brown sugar dissolved in water) to make it easier to swallow. Swallow the mixture quickly without chewing. Do not store this mixture for later use. Ask your doctor or a pharmacist about how to prepare a dose for people younger than 13 years old or weighing less than 88 pounds (40 kg).
This medicine may be taken with food or milk if it causes stomach upset.
To treat influenza, use this medicine every 12 hours for five days.
To prevent flu symptoms, take this medicine once every 24 hours for 10 days or as prescribed by your doctor and follow your doctor’s instructions in this regard.
Take this medicine completely in the period prescribed for you; Your symptoms may improve before the infection is completely out of your body.
Tell your doctor if your symptoms do not improve or get worse.
Keep this capsule away from heat and moisture. Keep the solution of this medicine in the refrigerator, but do not freeze it or keep it in the freezer.
If you do not use this solution within 17 days, throw it away. The liquid form of this medicine can be stored in a cool room for up to 10 days.
What happens if you miss a dose of this medicine?
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, avoid taking the missed dose. Do not use extra medicine in the next dose to make up for the previous missed dose.
What happens if I take too much of this medicine?
Call emergency medical care or emergency aid for poisoning.
What should you avoid while taking this medicine?
Do not use the nasal flu vaccine (FluMist) within 48 hours of taking oseltamivir. It is possible that the interaction of this drug with the FluMist vaccine will reduce the effectiveness of this vaccine. Follow the doctor’s instructions in this regard.
Side effects of Oseltamivir tablets
If you have signs of an allergic reaction to OsletaMuvir, such as the following, call emergency medical care:
Chest pain or tightness, difficult breathing;
fever, sore throat, swelling of your face and tongue, burning in your eyes;
Hives, sore skin followed by a red or purple rash (especially on the face or upper body) that has spread and blistered or peeled.
Common side effects of this drug include:
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or stomach pain.
