Do you belong to one of the following three groups?

1. You consider starting an online business as a coach or spiritual entrepreneur?

2. You are starting up?

3. Or you have a business but it doesn’t attract as many clients as you want?

Learn WHY you need a Business Vision and get my visionary formula to craft a Business Vision that attracts your ideal clients.

WHY do you need a Business Vision?

No matter what industry the business is in, crafting clear language that describes your purpose is a transformative exercise. It will make a difference for your business — and the same techniques work for individuals in their careers and personal lives as well.

A vision statement is a declaration of a company’s overarching objective or goal. It is the DREAMING piece — if everything goes right, it is how the business or company will change the world.

The vision statement focuses on tomorrow and what the company wants to become. Your vision should be big, exciting and compelling.

These statements do not simply restate what you do and how big you want to be, but answer the deeper question of “why do we care?” and “what do we stand for?

Choosing the right words will send a positive ripple on every level. Your mission and vision are at the core of your values and the foundation of your business.

Direction

Knowing who you are and where you’re going is the foundation of success. So, who are you? And, where are you going?

From a practical standpoint, you should be able to bounce your opportunities and ideas against these statements to determine if your decisions will take you in the right direction.

If you understand your own why, then you’ll immediately know if the what connects with it. If it doesn’t connect, then it’s likely not the right move because it doesn’t align with the overall vision.

And, if you don’t know what your why is…well, that’s really step one. You have to figure that out to move forward. You must know what your vision is, otherwise, you can’t see where you’re going.

My Branding Quest

I had been practicing as a coach, psychotherapist, homeopathic doctor and facilitator of astrology and numerology in Norway for nearly 4 decades. In 2016 I decided to build an online business to reach a global English-speaking audience.

I invested in a yearlong American Mastermind program and learned about branding, marketing and storytelling, – all the fundamental pieces to build a Brand and succeed online. I also learned about the importance of crafting a Business Vision to attract prospective customers.

My Personal Vision

I tried to decipher and distill my business concept based on my life story and professional skills. I followed the guidelines trying to condense my nearly 40 years of education and experience professionally and privately into a hot and profitable concept.

Even how intently I followed the guidelines I could not land on a business concept. I did not have the faintest clue on how to craft a Business Vision because I did not know my big WHY. And I did not know how to identify my big WHY. I was pondering questions like what is my purpose? It must be possible to uncover my purpose and turn it into a profitable business concept? But how?

As a passionate astrologer and numerologist and a highly spiritual person I was obsessed by uncovering my purpose and nothing less than crafting a Business Vision and business concept aligned with my purpose would do for me.

I realized that traditional branding was too generic for my needs. Traditional Branding was not designed to uncover my purpose and help me build a Brand based on my purpose and potential.

So I embarked on a personal and professional quest to solve the puzzle driven by an urge to crystalize a profitable and purpose-driven business concept.

Breakthrough

In August 2017 my husband and I traveled to the Norwegian mountains to spend a week mountain hiking. We went for long daily walks and mostly in silence.

I was pondering the questions about purpose and branding and IF and HOW astrology and numerology could help me figure out my vision and concept. My mind got quiet as the days went by and I felt in tune with my intuition and higher self.

One lovely sunny day after hours of walking I got a sudden flash of insights. I had learned that my big why should reflect my deepest drive. Suddenly I realized that I knew my deepest drive on a Soul level. I was pondering the meaning of my numerological Soul Urge number and experimented with translating my numerological Soul Urge qualities into a Business Vision. It felt right. It made perfect sense. And I ended up crafting a Business Vision that resonated with my deepest drive on a Soul level.

The Vision at Visionary Branding Academy

My numerological Soul Urge number is 11/2. The number 11 indicates visionary, intuitive qualities. The keywords for number 11 are transformation, enlightenment, visionary ideas.

It made me understand that even if I am highly creative, and many times have considered an occupation as an architect, author, or graphic designer, the creative talent indicates how I love to present and deliver my work to the world and not my deepest urge. My numerological Destiny number is 3. And the number 3 indicates high creativity. So my outlet and expression is creative, but my deepest desire is related to my Soul Urge number 11, which is a visionary quality that reflects a deep urge for transformation and spiritual growth. I realized that my Business Vision had to reflect my Soul’s deepest desire and not my natural manner of expressing myself and being in the world.

I understood that my Business Vision had to contain numerological Soul Urge components like spirituality, transformation and visionary change. It felt right. It stirred me up on a deep level.

The revelation made me understand my true motivation. It enabled me to put my vision statement into words in a way that resonates with my Soul and keeps me motivated also when the going gets tough.

The vision at Visionary Branding Academy is to contribute to transformation and change on a global level to save the planet and the future of humanity.

A Visionary Brand Formula

Back home I tested my numerological business vision hypothesis on spiritual entrepreneurs starting out. After months of research and testing, I had validated and approved my numerological formula for crafting a Business Vision in alignment with the Soul’s deepest desire.

Astrology and numerology

I elaborated and expanded my concept and created a Purpose Brand Formula TM, a combination of astrology and numerology, to help spiritual entrepreneurs build a purpose-driven Brand based on their astrological and numerological values.

The Purpose Brand Formula TM is designed to help you:

  • Crystalize your purpose-driven business concept
  • Craft a Soul-aligned business vision
  • Identify your ideal clients
  • Identify how to present and market your concept aligned with your natural expression style

Why you need a Soul-aligned Business Vision

According to the traditional vision statement approach to craft a vision, you need to:

  • Establish your values
  • Uncover your personality traits

My visionary approach is to go directly to the source to uncover each individual’s unique personality traits and values. As a spiritual entrepreneur, you value self-development and spiritual growth and it is important for you to align with your purpose and Soul. This is why I designed the Visionary Brand Formula to help coaches and visionary entrepreneurs build a brand that aligns with their purpose and strengths.

Your client’s dream

When you craft a vision based on your deepest Soul desire you’ll attract your ideal clients. The prospective clients buy into your vision because your vision resonates with their dreams.

When you live your deepest desire you’ll feel happy, passionate, inspired, and fulfilled. And happiness and inspiration is contagious!

The Law Of Attraction

The law of attraction is the attractive, magnetic power of the Universe that draws similar energies together. It manifests through the power of creation, everywhere and in many ways. Even the law of gravity is part of the law of attraction. This law attracts thoughts, ideas, people, situations and circumstances.

When you know who you are, you know where you are going. When you know where you are going you will get there.

When your Business Vision is aligned with the Soul’s deepest desire, you will attract circumstances that propel the vision forward and help you manifest your vision more easily and effortlessly than when your vision is based on the Ego. Your Soul-aligned vision will attract what you really want and not what you think you want.

The Soul is interconnected with everything in the Universe. That is why a Soul-aligned vision has the power to attract miracles in a more potent way than a vision from the Ego.

A vision from the Ego vibrates on a lower level and can slow you down. A vision originating from the Ego will not make you happy. And it will not attract customers with the same dreams and visions as yours.

A low vibrating vision will create a discordance and your clients will pick up that your vision is not resonating with your Soul’s purpose and will be repelled rather than attracted to you.

What’s your Soul number?

Do you know what drives you on a Soul level? Here is the formula to calculate your Soul`s deepest drive so you can translate your Soul Drive into a business vision that attracts your ideal clients.

STEP 1

Write down your FULL NAME AT BIRTH

STEP 2

Separate all the vowels in your name.

(You can circle them, or write them out beneath where you wrote your full name).

STEP 3

Give each vowel it’s correlating number in numerology: A = 1  E = 5  I = 9  O = 6  U = 3

And…Y = 7

Is Y a vowel or not? When determining if the Y is a vowel or a consonant, the basic rule is this: When the letter serves as a vowel, and in fact sounds like one, it is a vowel. The same is true when the Y serves as the only vowel in the syllable. Examples of both of these cases are such names as Lynn, Yvonne, Mary, Betty, Elly, and Bryan.

STEP 4

Add the numbers together, then keep reducing until you get a single digit.

Example:

Lynne Gertrude Polly Wallingford Y E E U E O Y A I O 7 + 5 + 5+3+5 + 6 +7 + 1+9+ 6 = 48

48 reduces to 3 (4+8 = 12, and 1+2 = 3) The Soul Urge Number for Lynne Gertrude Polly Wallingford is 3.

Master Numbers are an exception! If the sum of your name adds up to 11 or 22, don’t reduce further, those are Master Numbers!

Step 5

Calculate your number.

Now that you have calculated your Soul number you can translate it into a Business Vision that attracts your ideal clients.

Footnote: If you are born in a non-English-speaking country your name may include vowels like Ø, Å or Æ.  Ø = 1  Å = 2  Æ = 9

What’s your Soul keywords?

The first step of my visionary Business Vision formula is to brainstorm your Soul Urge qualities to come up with keywords that make you tick.

Here`s my example. My Soul Urge is 11. The keywords are spirituality, transformation, visionary, intuitive, light.
