Be a stayer, go for your plans, and complete what you’ve started.

TELL THE TRUTH (Sonia Choquette: the answer is simple)

Your ego doesn’t feel safe, so it hides the truth, both from the world and you. You can’t feel authentic unless you interrupt the ego and let the Spirit take over.

Start by being honest with yourself. Ask the question: If I weren’t afraid, I would “…”, then fill in the blank. Do this several times and the truth will come tumbling forth. Your Spirit is always happy to reveal it; you must simply want to hear and know it. Your truth is found just behind your fear. Once you’ve found the truth of your Spirit you`ll be free to create it and live it.

First, tell the truth to yourself. Then tell the truth to others. Only then will your power and inspiration shine through and draw people to you.

Telling the truth is also about sharing your story as it is without hiding and diminishing your value. If you have a story to share that’s related to your business you should share the truth because it will inspire and uplift your prospective clients and it will draw them to you because they can relate to what you share. Your next best business step is to dare to be vulnerable and share the truth. You will never be perfect and the truth will set you free.

You’re a great person – enjoy being yourself!

Sometimes you may worry if other people like you. At those times you may pretend to be someone other than yourself. Things will get a lot better, and you’ll feel happier if you’ll just be yourself. Spend your time with people who understand you and support you. The same goes for clients. Don’t try to convince people who are not your ideal clients. Share your dreams and your vision with the people who resonate with you.

If you don’t believe in yourself now is the time to get the healing you need to let go of limiting believes and just be yourself. You are more than good enough. You don’t need to prove anything in your business and career.

Being yourself will help you step into more flow and success.
