What would returning to yourself through nature mean for you? Would it mean grounding yourself? Finding peace? Growth?
Whatever it is that you need, just allow yourself time to heal and be still. Trust that everything will happen in due time, so there’s no need to put so much pressure on yourself. You are going to be just fine, so don’t lose hope.
